Foundation for Religion and Mental Health

The Foundation for Religion and Mental Health, with locations in Northern Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, and Orange counties, as well as Queens and Nassau County, provides individual, marriage, family, and group therapy at affordable rates. Services are available to all applying clients regardless of ethnicity, race, religious faith, or gender. FRMH also sponsors community workshops, seminars, and classes some in conjunction with the Congregational Resource Center, a consulting service for local religious communities. We are partnering to offer the following course: Fight Less, Love More ONLINE VIRTUAL Couples Course For couples who have been married for years, are newlyweds, engaged, or in a committed relationship, this step-by-step educational course gives you the tools to create a personalized daily communication routine, avoid and reduce conflict, and increase the appreciation, respect and intimacy in your relationship to create and support lasting love. Using the latest technology, this evidence-based course enables couples to meet in a small group with the course leader in the Online Virtual Classroom where they see, hear and interact with each other. All you need is a web browser and an Internet connection, on a PC, Mac or mobile device.
